Flat foot deformity

This 45 years civil contractor, had left ankle pain due to severe flat foot deformity secondary to tibialis posterior tendon dysfunction . Near complete loss of medial longitudinal arch with 20 degree heel valgus .
Medial ankle pain was due to tibialis posterior tear and lateral pain was due to calcaneofibular impingement.
Patient was asked to stand on toes and heel was corrected to neutral suggested that deformity was flexible .so I decided to go for flat foot reconstruction and not fusion .
