Management of difficult tarsal coalition of foot

Sharing a case of adolescent guy 17-year-old with neglected rigid flat deformity. On workup, Dr. Motwani, foot and ankle specialist found Talocalcaneal coalition with degeneration of subtalar and talonavicular joint with severe calcaneofibular impingement and osteochondral defect. He had severe pain on routine walking and couldn't manage his regular work. Multiple procedures mentioned in the images were used to preserve his ankle joint.
