55 years old healthy male patient visited Dr. Girish Motwani - Foot and Ankle Orthopedic Surgeon in Nagpur . The patient had, history of left CPN injury by sharp cut over fibular head( 37 years ago ). Later on, he developed foot drop & myositis ossificans ( probably due to heavy muscular bleed )

Dorsiflexion - 5/5
Rest - fine
Left Equinocavovarus foot with lateral border walking since last 37 years.
