This is the case of 24 years / male who has undergone simple tibia interlock nailing following diaphyseal fracture in 2017

Unfortunately, He developed acute compartment syndrome following nailing , probably that was missed !!
Patient had severe pain ,some how managed with high dose analgesia for some days .
Eventually, pain was relieved and he followed routine postoperative protocol of tibia interlock nailing.
He started developing progressive equinocavovarus foot deformity on weight bearing and fracture got healed in 3 months .
He continued to walk on deformed foot for many years - tried all conservative treatment ( physiotherapy & Orthotics).
He has undergone  triple arthrodesis for deformity correction in 2020 . Unfortunately  this didn't work !
Now it's postcompartment syndrome Equinocavovarus deformity with failed triple arthrodesis.
